30 something moody foodie from Essex with something to say about all things edible. I’m an avid cook and an even more enthusiastic eater dabbling in the odd professional catering gig.

This is my first grown up blog and will be mostly my favourite recipes and opinion pieces on various foodie items. I use my own photos and my own tested theories and methods where possible but even I fall short of reference material once in a while and borrow from the skills and knowledge of others- and I give appropriate credit when doing so.
