This is my first grown up blog and will be mostly my favourite recipes and opinion pieces on various foodie items. I use my own photos and my own tested theories and methods where possible but even I fall short of reference material once in a while and borrow from the skills and knowledge of others- and I give appropriate credit when doing so.
